First of all, pets are accepted to our stone rooms and corner rooms of the hotel.
It shows regular veterinary records of your pet, health certificate, vaccination paper, etc. it is expected that the documents will be with our pet-owning guest during the stay and will be submitted to the hotel management at the request of Assos Longevity Hotel. Pets cannot be admitted to the hotel in case of lack of relevant documents.
Pets are accepted to our hotel. There is no charge for guide dogs (guide dogs that provide medical support/ accompany our visually and hearing impaired guests / provide emotional support).
If it is determined that the room in which the accommodation is made needs extra cleaning or maintenance during departure from the hotel, the damage can be repaired, if it is within my scope, 500 once from the pet owner.-An additional fee in the amount of TL is requested.Oct. If permanent damage has occurred, compensation for the damage is requested.
Pets should be kept on a leash in the hotel's public areas at all times under control and supervision.
We have a special section reserved on the pier for our guests traveling with pets. If they wish, our guests can use this part of the pier together with their pets.
Pets can be brought in the outdoor restaurant area, provided that they do not disturb the surrounding guests. If other guests report discomfort from the situation, the animal owner is asked to remove his pet from the area in this case. Guide dogs (guide dogs that provide medical support/accompany our visually and hearing impaired guests/provide emotional support) are not included in this scope.
It is expected that our pet-owning guests will show particular sensitivity to the necessary cleaning needs after pet trips in and around the hotel's public areas.
Our pet-owning guests are directly responsible for injuries or injuries of their pets or physical damages caused to the hotel management by their pets.
Our pet-owning guests agree to exempt Assos Longevity Hotel business, facility owner and hotel affiliates from all kinds of personal damages, losses, damages and liabilities that may arise from their pets or may be encountered due to their pets.
If our pet-owning guests do not comply with the above-mentioned rules or if the behavior of their pets is detected in such a way as to disturb other guests, Assos Longevity Hotel may request the pet-owning guests to leave the hotel in order to prevent the restlessness of other guests.
